Capital that moves at the speed of freight.

Finova embeds merchant wallets, working-capital lending, and AI credit decisioning directly into logistics and e-commerce platforms — so merchants get paid, and get funded, without ever leaving the systems they already run on.

01 Who we are

Supply-chain finance, rebuilt from Singapore.

Finova Technologies Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based fintech building digital payment and smart lending infrastructure for the logistics and e-commerce industry. We exist to make supply chains more efficient and more transparent — by embedding financial services into the operational software that already runs them.

Built by FinSurgents, a specialist in embedded financial solutions, Finova brings Banking-as-a-Service and Banking-as-a-Platform capability directly into logistics workflows. Merchants access payments and credit at the point where the work happens, not in a separate banking portal.

Since launch in February 2025, the platform has financed over 2.5 million shipments, processed $125 million in wallet throughput and $25 million in lending — while holding a non-performing loan rate below 0.01%.

Singapore headquartered

Incorporated as Finova Technologies Pte. Ltd., operating from one of the world's most demanding fintech jurisdictions.

BaaS & BaaP architecture

Modular banking rails that logistics platforms compose into their own product, rather than integrate around.

Logistics-native

Built for COD flows, freight receivables and fulfilment cycles — not a generic fintech retrofitted to the sector.

Underwritten on real data

Machine-learning credit models score merchants on shipment history and settlement behaviour, in real time.

02 The platform

Three modules. One set of rails.

Deploy them together as a full embedded-finance stack, or take only the module you need. Each one runs independently against the same ledger.

Digital merchant wallet

Virtual merchant accounts that give logistics operators end-to-end control of fund flows, settlement and reconciliation — with the balance visible the moment a shipment lands.

  • Virtual merchant accounts
  • Instant processing and settlement
  • Real-time balance and cash-flow view
  • Payment gateway access

Loan management system

COD-backed working capital and invoice discounting, with full loan-book management behind it. Merchants borrow against receivables they have already earned but not yet collected.

  • Cash-on-delivery backed financing
  • Invoice discounting facilities
  • Automated repayment from settlement
  • Facilities of up to Rs 500M

AI credit engine

Machine-learning underwriting that reads shipment histories, delivery success and merchant behaviour to price risk — expanding access to capital for merchants no traditional lender would score.

  • Real-time credit scoring
  • ML risk models on operational data
  • Automated lending decisions
  • Continuous limit re-assessment
03 How it works

From integration to impact.

01

Integrate

Connect Finova's modular API suite to your platform. The architecture slots into existing workflows — shipment management, merchant portals, settlement runs — without asking you to re-plumb operations.

02

Activate

Turn on wallets for merchant settlement, COD-backed financing, or AI credit scoring. Enable one module or all three; each operates on its own or as a unified stack.

03

Scale

Roll out across the full merchant network. In production the platform has financed 2.5 million shipments and moved $125 million through wallets, holding an NPL rate below 0.01% at volume.

04 Traction

Proven in production, not in a pitch deck.

Finova went live in February 2025 and has been running in production ever since. The platform has financed 2.5 million shipments and processed $125 million in wallet throughput, with a non-performing loan rate below 0.01% — a figure that holds because underwriting is anchored to delivery data rather than self-reported financials.

Lending runs through an SECP-licensed NBFC, with FinTech category coverage under an STZA licence. Digital lending facilities of up to Rs 500 million are arranged with multiple financial institutions, giving merchants working capital priced against receivables they have already earned.

The acquisition of Finova's intellectual property suite by its flagship logistics partner is currently in progress. On completion it would be the first logistics-to-fintech crossover of its kind in the region, extending the platform across a network of more than 9,000 merchants.

Flagship deployment

SLG-Trax

A PSX-listed 4PL operator rated A+ by PACRA, running first-to-last-mile logistics, e-commerce fulfilment, warehousing, IoT asset tracking and in-house security across four subsidiaries. Finova powers merchant payments and digital lending across its network.
